We aim to make your Wonder Seven experience as satisfying as possible. If you are unhappy with your purchase, please review our refund and return terms below.
1. Eligibility for Returns
Returns are accepted only if:
- The product is unused, unopened, and in original condition.
- The return request is made within 7 days of delivery.
- You received a defective, damaged, or wrong item.
Due to hygiene concerns, perfume bottles that have been opened or sprayed cannot be returned.
2. How to Initiate a Return
To request a return:
- Contact our support team at support@wonderseven.in within 7 days of delivery.
- Include your order number, photos of the item, and reason for return.
- Once approved, our team will share pickup or return shipping instructions.
3. Refund Process
- Refunds are initiated after the returned item passes inspection.
- Refunds are credited to the original payment method within 5–10 working days.
- In case of COD orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer or store credit.
4. Non-Returnable Items
The following cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Opened or used perfume bottles.
- Items purchased under clearance or promotional sales.
- Gift cards or samples.
5. Damaged or Wrong Products
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, report it within 48 hours of delivery with photo proof. We’ll replace or refund it at no additional cost.
6. Cancellation Policy
Orders once confirmed cannot be canceled after dispatch. If canceled before shipping, the refund will be processed within 3–5 working days.
